Calgary Wedding Venues

When it comes to selecting a wedding venue, numerous factors must be taken into account, such as budget, capacity, parking, food, location, lighting, and more. My clients often inquire about my preferred wedding venues in Calgary, where I enjoy shooting. Well, I have a few favourites, and here are some of them.

The Lake House

The Lake House is a venue that exudes rustic elegance and offers stunning views of the lake. The restaurant recently underwent renovations and now boasts a 130-square-foot, glass-encased wine cellar and a restored 21-foot bar from the 1800s. The venue has the capacity to accommodate up to 250 guests for both ceremonies and receptions. Additionally, guests can enjoy the beautiful scenery from the outdoor patio. The bar, located adjacent to the dining room, has darker walls and dimmer lighting options that complement the open and airy design of the dining room. The dining room can accommodate up to 120 seated guests or 200 standing guests, while the bar has a capacity of 75 people. For further details on this venue, please visit Weddingwire.ca.
